Chapter 01

Welcome

For years, I've carried around the same thought, and I haven't been able to shake it.

We've built an entire industry around teaching entrepreneurs what to do — but almost nobody gets to witness the moment that actually changes everything.

We see the million-dollar business after it's built. We hear the interview after the breakthrough. We read the caption about the lesson once someone has already made peace with it.

We celebrate the milestone, the book deal, the acquisition, the standing ovation. But almost nobody gets invited into the conversation that made all of it possible:

  • The question that changed how a founder saw themself.
  • The pattern someone else noticed before they could.
  • The realization that the problem they'd been solving for years was never the problem at all.

Those moments are lived by one person, remembered by a handful in the room, and then quietly disappear. I don't think they should.

The future of business deserves more than another strategy

  • Founders who know themselves deeply enough to build companies that don't require self-abandonment to succeed.
  • Entrepreneurs who can read their business instead of questioning themselves every time something changes.
  • One breakthrough that collapses years of confusion for thousands who recognize themselves inside the story.

That's why we're creating Episode One. Not to film an event. Not to make another business show. To create a place where entrepreneurs witness what real transformation looks like while it's happening.

What happens in that room

Twenty founders walk in carrying questions that feel deeply personal. Some think it's marketing. Others think it's offers, leadership, visibility, team, or sales.

And somewhere in the day, many realize the thing they'd spent years trying to fix was never what stood in the way.

The breakthrough isn't the strategy in the notebook. It's the moment a founder starts seeing themself through an entirely different lens.

When one founder has the courage to let people watch them grow, another founder somewhere in the world suddenly has language for something they've felt but couldn't explain. That's how movements begin — one honest conversation at a time.

What I hope you remember

Not that it was beautifully filmed. I hope founders remember it because it changed the way they think about building a business — because they watched someone else's breakthrough and recognized pieces of themselves in it.

And I hope the founders in that room look back on it as the moment they stopped trying to become a different entrepreneur and finally built as the one they already were.

That's the future we're documenting. I couldn't be more honored that you're considering being part of its very first chapter.

Chapter 02

Why Episode One Exists

One of the biggest reasons entrepreneurs stay stuck has nothing to do with a lack of information. If anything, it's the opposite.

More podcasts. More books. More experts. More opinions telling us exactly what to do next. And yet founders are questioning themselves more than ever.

We've built an industry that teaches people to study outcomes instead of understanding what created them.

  • We see the company after it grew — not the conversations that shaped it while everything felt uncertain.
  • We hear the lesson after it's been lived — not the wrestling with the decision itself.
  • We watch years compressed into a forty-five-minute interview and assume they knew something we don't.

That's an impossible standard to measure yourself against.

Real business doesn't feel like certainty

  • Making decisions without all the information.
  • Wondering whether the problem you're solving is even the right one.
  • Carrying a responsibility almost nobody around you fully understands.

The first problem is rarely the real one

After sitting inside thousands of businesses, one thing changed how I coach: the problem a founder brings into the room is almost never the one keeping them stuck.

  • "It's a marketing problem" — until we realize they've outgrown the person they've been marketing as.
  • "It's a sales problem" — until we find they change the offer every month because nothing is allowed to compound.
  • "It's too complicated" — until we see they've become the bottleneck in a company asking them to lead differently.

The surface changes. The human pattern underneath is surprisingly familiar.

The moment someone recognizes the real problem, heavy decisions become obvious. They stop switching direction every time it gets uncomfortable. They stop borrowing someone else's blueprint. They stop reading every challenge as proof they're failing.

These stories are instructional in a way strategy alone can never be.

Product company, agency, restaurant, software, coaching practice — the circumstances differ, but the questions underneath are remarkably similar. That's the ripple effect we're building.

Chapter 03

The Founder We're Looking For

Episode One isn't built around a specific industry, business model, or revenue milestone. It's built around a certain kind of founder.

We're looking for founders who...

  • Believe in what they've built

They've created something real — and they know it deserves to reach more people than it currently does.

  • Care beyond the money

They've experienced firsthand why this work matters, and built a business around helping others experience that transformation too.

  • Don't need more motivation

Already driven, ambitious, committed. They aren't waiting for permission to build something extraordinary.

  • Are implementers

When they see the right direction, they move. Businesses change because of decisions, not information.

  • Know harder isn't the answer

There's another level available, and they're ready to understand what's actually standing between here and there.

  • Value honesty over comfort

They'd rather hear the truth that changes everything than another opinion that confirms what they already believe.

  • Are open to being challenged

One new perspective on their business can change the trajectory of years to come.

  • Grow with the company

Every stage of business asks for a different kind of leader — and they're willing to become it.

  • Have a story worth telling

Not because life has been perfect, but because something meaningful shaped the way they lead and serve.

  • See their story as someone's permission

Letting people witness the real journey — not just the outcome — is one of the greatest gifts a founder can offer.

The founders who get the most from Episode One aren't the ones with the biggest businesses or the largest audiences. They're the ones who know they're capable — and recognize their next level will come from seeing something they've never seen before.

Chapter 04

The Experience

Episode One has been designed to feel different from anything you've experienced before.

This isn't a room where you take notes while someone teaches from a stage. It's an immersive production — real conversations, real Founder Audits, real decisions, unfolding as they happen.

Throughout the day, you'll experience:

  • 01

A room built for the right founders

Every founder is personally selected. You'll spend the day surrounded by entrepreneurs building meaningful businesses who care deeply about the people they serve.

  • 02

    Founder Audits in real time

Not generic advice — businesses diagnosed live, as patterns surface and assumptions get challenged.

  • 03

Conversations that don't happen in public

The honest decisions and uncomfortable realizations that usually stay behind closed doors, brought into the light.

  • 04

    Your own personalized Founder Audit

Direct time with Jamie to uncover the patterns, opportunities, and blind spots shaping this season of your business.

  • 05

A day designed to challenge you

You'll look at your business through a lens that stays invisible when you're building alone.

  • 06

    A professionally produced set

Cameras document the day. You're not attending a business event — you're helping create something bigger.

  • 07

A story you'll carry with you

You'll leave with clarity, not just notes — and the memory of what happens when the right people gather in the right room.

When one founder has the courage to let people witness their growth, countless others find the confidence to keep building their own.

Chapter 05

On Set Founder

$2,997

As an On Set Founder, you become part of the very first episode of a series documenting what real entrepreneurial transformation looks like.

Twenty founders. One full day of Founder Audits, live coaching, and the kinds of breakthroughs that usually happen behind closed doors.

Your experience includes:

  • A curated room of twenty founders

Every seat is intentionally cast. You'll spend the day alongside entrepreneurs as committed to growing themselves as their companies.

  • A personalized Founder Audit with Jamie

Your business read through Human Design, leadership, model, and messaging — to uncover the real problem, not hand you another strategy.

  • Nineteen other Founder Audits

Founders often find the breakthrough they needed while listening to someone else's conversation.

  • A full production day, 9am–6pm

Every conversation, every shift, every behind-the-scenes moment — documented. You're not attending a workshop; you're part of the story.

  • Relationships that outlast filming

A day with people who understand the weight of building something that matters. Those connections often rival the education itself.

  • A business you'll never see the same way

Not pages of notes — a different way of seeing. Once you understand the real problem, everything after gets simpler.

Chapter 07

The Casting Process

Because Episode One is intentionally designed to be an intimate and highly curated experience, every application is personally reviewed. Our goal isn't simply to fill a room. It's to thoughtfully bring together the right founders whose stories, businesses, and willingness to grow will create an experience that's as transformational for the people in the room as it will be for the entrepreneurs who eventually watch it.

We know applying for something like this is a meaningful decision, which is why we've intentionally designed a casting process that is personal, transparent, and moves quickly.

Timeline

  • Applications open: Wednesday, August 5, 2026.
  • Applications reviewed: On a rolling basis as they're received, allowing us to move quickly while thoughtfully considering every founder and the unique story they bring.
  • Final selections: Our goal is to have all founders selected and finalized by Sunday, August 14th, 2026, giving everyone plenty of time to prepare for filming on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, in Connecticut.
  • Our encouragement: Because this production moves quickly, we encourage founders to apply as soon as applications open rather than waiting until the final days.

What Happens Next

  • Once you submit your Founder Application, our team will carefully review your business, your story, and the experience you've applied for.
  • Most founders can expect to hear from us within approximately 24 hours of submitting their application.
  • If you're selected, you'll receive your official Founder Acceptance along with everything you need to move forward, including your Founder Welcome Guide, investment details, payment instructions, travel information, production timeline, and the next steps for preparing for Episode One.
  • Your place is officially secured once your investment has been completed.
  • From there, we'll begin preparing your Founder File and, for our Featured Founders, scheduling your Founder Strategy Interview so we can begin understanding your business well before filming day arrives.

Expectations

  • All selected founders should be available to travel to Connecticut for filming on September 29, 2026, and be comfortable participating in a professionally filmed production throughout the day.
  • We also ask that founders arrive with an open mind, a willingness to be challenged, and the understanding that some of the most valuable breakthroughs often begin by seeing something from an entirely different perspective than the one that brought you into the room.
  • We're honored you're considering becoming part of Episode One, and we genuinely can't wait to read your story.

Chapter 08

Frequently Asked Questions

How many founders will be selected?

Episode One has intentionally been designed to stay small. We'll be selecting twenty On Set Founders, with five of those founders also being selected as Featured Founders whose journeys we'll continue following after filming. Keeping the room intentionally curated allows every founder to receive meaningful attention while creating the kind of conversations that simply aren't possible in larger rooms.

Where will Episode One take place?

Episode One will be filmed in Connecticut on September 29, 2026. If you're selected, we'll send you everything you need to know, including travel recommendations, nearby hotels, arrival times, and the full production schedule so you can confidently plan your trip.

What if I'm traveling from another state or country?

Wonderful. We expect many of our founders to travel in for Episode One. As long as you're available to be in Connecticut for filming on September 29th, we'd love for you to apply.

Is this a workshop or mastermind?

Neither. You'll absolutely learn, you'll absolutely be challenged, and you'll absolutely leave seeing your business differently, but Episode One wasn't designed to fit into any category that already exists. It's a professionally produced founder experience where you'll spend the day inside real Founder Audits, live coaching, meaningful conversations, and the moments that often change the trajectory of a business.

Will everyone receive a Founder Audit?

Yes. Every founder selected for Episode One will receive a personalized Founder Audit with Jamie during the experience. While every audit will naturally look a little different depending on the founder and what their business is revealing, every founder will leave with personalized insight into the patterns, opportunities, and next steps shaping the current season of their business.

What's the difference between an On Set Founder and a Featured Founder?

Every founder experiences Episode One together. Featured Founders continue the journey after filming. In addition to everything included in the On Set Founder experience, Featured Founders begin with a private Founder Strategy Interview before filming, continue through a ninety-day implementation journey, and become one of the founder stories we'll continue documenting through future Jamie Sea media.

Am I guaranteed to appear in the final episode?

Every founder will be filmed throughout the experience. Because Episode One is a professionally produced series, the final edit and storytelling decisions will always be made by the production team in service of telling the strongest story possible. Featured Founders will become part of the ongoing narrative we're documenting, while the final amount of footage included in the finished episode may vary based on the story being told.

Will I receive the footage from my Featured Founder experience?

Yes. Featured Founders will receive the professionally produced media created from their journey that is intended for founder use. These assets are designed to become lasting pieces of your brand that you can share across your website, marketing, speaking opportunities, social platforms, and business.

What if I apply but I'm not selected?

Please don't let that stop you from raising your hand. Episode One is the beginning of something much bigger than a single production day, and our hope is to continue creating future opportunities for founders to be part of this series. If this isn't the right fit for Episode One, it doesn't mean your story isn't worth telling.

How quickly will I hear back?

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, and most founders will hear from us within approximately twenty-four hours of submitting their application. Because production moves quickly, our goal is to have all founders selected and finalized by August 14, 2026.

How do I know if this is right for me?

If you've found yourself reading this guide and quietly thinking, 'I think I'm supposed to be in that room,' I'd encourage you to trust that feeling enough to apply. The application isn't a commitment. It's simply the beginning of a conversation. We'll take it from there.

Chapter 09

The Invitation

When we first imagined Episode One, we never started by asking what kind of event we wanted to create. We started by asking what kind of future we wanted entrepreneurs to inherit. A future where founders don't spend years believing they're broken when they're simply looking in the wrong place. A future where business isn't built by performing confidence, but by developing the courage to see yourself honestly. A future where the conversations that actually change businesses aren't hidden behind closed doors, but shared generously so someone else can recognize themselves inside them.

That's the future we're building. Episode One simply happens to be where it begins.

If you're reading this guide, there's a reason. Maybe you found yourself recognizing pieces of your own business throughout these pages. Maybe you've felt that your next level isn't asking you to work harder, consume more information, or become someone else entirely. Maybe you've simply reached the point where you're ready for someone to help you see what you haven't been able to see on your own.

Whatever brought you here, I'm grateful it did.

Because the founders who will shape the future of business will be the founders courageous enough to:

  • Question the stories they've been telling themselves.
  • Consider that the problem they've been trying to solve may not actually be the one standing in their way.
  • Be generous enough to let their own journey become part of someone else's.

Those are the founders I want to spend the day with.

Those are the founders I want to learn from.

Those are the founders I want the world to meet.

If you feel called to be one of them, I'd love to invite you to submit your Founder Application.

I believe you'll change the business conversations we get to have inside that room. And I have a feeling those conversations will continue creating ripple effects long after the cameras stop rolling.

I can't wait to meet you.

Xo,

Jamie
